Our team consists of trained and certified transcriptionists experienced in both analogue and digital technologies. All of our work is performed in-house by experienced in-court reporters — we never outsource work offshore.
We employ Certified Court Reporters who are experienced in courtroom procedure and legal terminology, ensuring that every transcript we produce is accurate, reliable, and admissible in court.
Our transcriptionists bring extensive backgrounds with the Ministry of the Attorney General, having worked as Court Reporters and Court Clerks throughout their careers. Every team member carries enhanced security clearance, has passed vulnerable sector record checks, and holds active registration with the Authorized Court Transcriptionists for Ontario.
With extensive experience in Ontario’s Central West courts, including the John Sopinka Courthouse and the Hamilton Unified Courthouse, I bring a deep understanding of courtroom procedures and judicial operations.
My career has spanned roles as a court reporter, Judicial Assistant, and work in the Trial Coordinator’s office, as well as regional support in Central West Region with the Regional Senior Justice and Regional Senior Justice of the Peace for the Office of the Chief Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice.
I began Certified Court Transcripts in 2014, following the shift in Ontario’s transcript production model to independent contractors. Having typed transcripts for years as a ministry employee, I combine years of hands-on experience with a commitment to accurate, timely, and professional transcript production.
